I’m here for you.

I won’t sugarcoat things, I’m someone who values honesty, clarity, and real conversations. I believe that when we have all the facts, we can make truly empowered choices.

Right now, many people are moving through our medical system feeling dismissed, confused, or like their voice doesn’t matter. There’s a growing disconnect between the care we hope for, and the experience we’re actually having.

I want to help bridge that gap.

My work is about supporting you to step into medical spaces with confidence, clarity, and the deep knowing that you are in charge of your care. I want providers to feel respected, patients to feel informed, and for everyone involved to leave with a greater sense of trust, understanding, and autonomy.

A bit about my offerings...

This is more than birth prep: it’s about walking into the hospital knowing your rights, your options, and your power.

My advocacy support includes two months of personalized birth education and planning, where we go over what to expect, how the hospital system works, and how to navigate it with clarity and confidence. We’ll cover your legal rights, informed consent, refusal options, common interventions, and how to stay aligned with your values every step of the way.

You'll also receive:

Support with paperwork, contracts, and hospital release forms
My in-person attendance at your birth as your advocate
Light doula care in the sense of emotional support, comfort measures/homeopathic remedies, and continuous presence throughout
Clear communication with the care team to ensure your voice is heard

My goal is simple: to help you have the birth you want, even in a hospital. I work alongside you and your medical team to minimize trauma, maximize empowerment, and ensure you leave your birth experience feeling respected, informed, and in control.

Get in touch with me, so that we can book you a free consult. During this consult we will discuss the details of why you will be using my services and decide whether or not we are a good fit.

Book my services.

If we are a good fit and I have availability, we book you into the schedule and sign the necessary documents. Payment is due at the time of booking. I require a prepayment of 2 hours minimum for all advocacy outside of birth. I require a 50% retainer for birth advocacy. I accept cash or etransfer.

I advocate for you.

I show up within 60 minutes of your phone call, or at the agreed upon time slot of medical bookings. I make sure that you are feeling safe, heard and that you understand all the information being presented, as well as all the potential options. I stay by your side until you release me, I support you and your choices completely.
