I see Mother Earth as our first teacher and most ancient healer.
She offers medicine in every form, from the plants that nourish and restore, to the rhythms and seasons that remind us how to rest, grow, and return to ourselves. The roots, leaves, waters, and minerals she provides are not just remedies, but relationships. I believe healing is not something we chase, but something we remember and the Earth is always ready to guide us home to that remembering.
