My path into natural wellness truly began in high school as I questioned what career path I would pursue. But I would say that my roots deepened to a level of wanting to help others walk the path of alternative medicines in 2016, after the birth of my first son. A profound experience marked by intense birth trauma. It opened the door to a deep exploration of bodily autonomy, gentle healing, and the power of natural medicines. Since then, I’ve embraced the powerful wisdom of plant medicine and homeopathy as a vital part of restoring balance and harmony in the body, mind, and spirit.

To me, homeopathy is nature’s subtle yet profound language. Every remedy is an invitation to listen closely and tap into the body’s own ability to heal. I believe that for every imbalance, there is a tailored remedy designed to support your unique wellness journey.
Birth, too, holds a sacred place in my heart as a natural, intuitive, feminine experience that thrives when honoured and trusted. I believe that empowering mothers to follow their instincts leads to the best outcomes for both parent and child.

I strive to offer educational opportunities for my community and natural healthy alternative options through teaching workshops that empower you to know how to make safer alternatives to everyday products.
I am a practical AND classical homeopath with an ethereal twist. I work mainly with women and children but I never limit myself.
