What is a traditional birth keeper?
A traditional birth keeper is a birth witness and companion who honours the natural physiological experience of birth, undisturbed and completely guided by the sovereign mother. They provide education, emotional and physical comfort support and guidance as you navigate your choices.
A Birth Keeper should not be confused with a licensed, regulated midwife.
I do not currently offer clinical or midwifery services of any kind.
I value your personal power and your intuition, especially when it comes to your body and your birth experience. It is my job to assist you in creating the experience that you have been MANIFESTING.
I view birth as a physiologically natural and ancestrally feminine journey that should be respected and nurtured. When you choose to work with Sasha Marie, you are choosing to embrace the path of Radical Birth.

I’m here to support you throughout your pregnancy, birth, and into the early postpartum period.
This offering includes 9-10 monthly meetings (in=person or via Zoom) filled with empowering education covering what to expect during pregnancy and labour, understanding the wide range of normal, recognizing true emergencies, and learning comfort measures, homeopathic remedies, and herbal support. We’ll also explore topics like the placenta, breastfeeding, and postpartum care.
You’ll receive a Birth Education Manual and the relevant Wild & Well Woman’s Guides to deepen your knowledge and confidence. All Remedies are included. I’m available to you acutely throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period via text message..
Homeopathic Birth Support

This package is designed for mothers seeking holistic support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, birthing either unassisted or with a midwife. As a qualified homeopath, I provide individualized homeopathic and herbal care throughout, monthly private consultations for education and birth preparation, and in-person support during labour with remedies, and a supportive presence.
This includes access to my lending library and birth supplies, a Helios Pregnancy & Childbirth Homeopathy Kit, personalized herbal recommendations and tinctures, and a comprehensive pregnancy and birth guidebook.
This offering is best booked early in pregnancy to allow plenty of time for personalized support and preparation for your birth journey.

Virtual Birth Support

This package is perfect for mothers who wish to experience the tranquility of birthing in their own space, while still having vocal support at hand. I offer emotional and expert guidance throughout your labour journey, from recommending homeopathic remedies/plant medicines to providing insights on the various stages of labor. You can feel confident knowing that you have someone ready to assist you whenever you need it. Embrace your birthing experience with peace of mind and personalized care. This package includes no education but does include a pre-natal visit via phone or Zoom to discuss preferences for support.

Just a Wild Ear

I am available throughout your pregnancy and birthing journey, into early postpartum for any questions or recommendations for plant medicines or homeopathies. I am available via phone during the pregnancy for emotional support and advice. This is a phone and email connection, and has no in person contact. This is a one time consult, no longer than 45 min. Remedies included..
I do not perform any clinical tasks such as but not limited to: monitoring fetal heart tones, checking blood pressure, cervical dilation, measuring baby, etc.
I am not a midwife care provider.
