I specialize in women’s health and offer a range of supportive services to complement homeopathic care.
My work is rooted in guiding women through key transitions in life: from menarche and menstruation to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. I support those seeking natural, intuitive alternatives to conventional care. Integrating education, herbal wisdom, and homeopathy to empower each woman’s unique path.
While I’m honoured to attend and support autonomous births, much of my focus lies in helping women understand their bodies, cycles, and choices.
I offer education and care that encourages informed, embodied decision-making across all stages of womanhood.
Consultations are offered in person or via Zoom.

Each remedy kit is thoughtfully prepared based on your individual care plan and evolving needs.
Your kit may include a combination of homeopathic remedies, herbal preparations, and targeted nutritional support—selected to gently guide your body back toward balance and support your healing process over time.
As your body responds, your protocol may be adjusted to ensure you are supported at each stage.

Wild & Well Woman Immersion
I am a herbalist at heart and have taken many herbalism courses, including but not limited to Kitchen herbalist with Abrah Arneson, Herbal Pharmacy with Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine, Herbal Pregnancy and Childbirth with Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine and more! I combine this knowledge with my education through Centre for Homeopathic Education to become a licensed prescribing homeopath.
I trust that Gaia has provided us with everything we need in order to bring our bodies into balance and maintain this health. I work closely with her energy and her natural plant medicines, alongside offering carefully chosen homeopathic remedies.

For sudden, short-term symptoms that need quick, focused support—like colds, flus, mastitis, headaches, UTIs, emotional overwhelm, and more.
This session includes:

Acute consultations are available to current PMA members only. If you are new, your first full consultation will initiate your membership and allow for future acute access.

Follow-up

(45–60 minutes)
This follow-up session is a continuation of the work we began in your Initial Consultation.
Together, we’ll check in on what has shifted, what’s unfolding, and how your body and energy are responding to the support in place. This time is dedicated to refining your wellness plan, offering new insights, and addressing any emerging needs with care and clarity.
You’ll receive updated guidance, homeopathic or lifestyle recommendations, and grounded next steps to support your continued healing.
